All referrals are based on client needs, risks, and recovery goals — not facility relationships or commissions. You can trust that your client is being referred fairly and with dignity. 

We are not owned by, affiliated with, or paid by any rehab centre. We charge a flat fee to the client (often cost-neutral), and never accept referral incentives. 

We provide a structured, anonymised case summary and obtain quotes and treatment options from 2–3 rehab centres — so you and your client don’t have to chase calls, forms, or brochures. 

• Standard assessments return rehab options in 3 business days 
• Premium Fast-Track available for urgent referrals (24–48 hours) ️ 

• A 60–90 minute client consultation (via phone or video)  
• Professionally written de-identified case summary 
• 2–3 matched rehab treatment proposals  
• Support in reviewing treatment plans and next steps  
• Optional: Liaison with GP, psychologist, or legal officer (with consent)  

We follow strict privacy protocols:

• All clinical summaries are anonymised before being sent to treatment centres  
• Personal details are only shared after a centre has been chosen and client consent is given  
• We're compliant with Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)

• Legal aid or court-linked services  
• NDIS support workers or LACs   

• Voluntary clients ready for rehab
