ClearPath Rehab provides independent addiction rehab assessment and referral services. We do not provide medical care, detox, or direct treatment. Our role is to help clients understand their treatment needs and connect them with vetted third-party rehab providers, based on a professional assessment.We are not a medical or crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, please call 000 or visit your nearest hospital.

By booking an assessment or using our site, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or acting with authority on behalf of someone who is  
• You understand that ClearPath Rehab is an independent consultancy, not a medical provider or licensed rehab facility  
• You are using our service in good faith, and not for misuse or misrepresentation  

Your privacy is important to us. All assessments and referrals are conducted with strict confidentiality. We anonymise client data before sharing with rehab providers.Your name, contact information, or identifying details will only be disclosed to a provider after you’ve made a selection and given consent.For more, see our Privacy Policy.

Our service fees are:

• $350 AUD for the Standard Assessment  
• $495 AUD for the Premium Fast-Track Assessment  

Fees are payable upfront and cover the full process: assessment, anonymised referral, and provider matching.  Refunds will only be considered if:

• You cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled consultation  
• We are unable to deliver matched rehab options within the promised timeframe (3 business days for Standard; 48 hours for Premium)  

No refunds will be provided for:

• No-shows or late cancellations  
• Change of mind after services have commenced  

While we take great care to provide accurate and clinically appropriate referrals, ClearPath Rehab does not guarantee outcomes from any rehab facility or treatment provider. The choice to proceed with any provider is yours.We are not liable for:

• Treatment quality or results at a third-party facility  
• Costs charged by rehab centres  
• Actions or omissions of any external provider  
• Delays or failures due to inaccurate information provided by the client  

Information provided by ClearPath Rehab does not constitute medical, psychiatric, or legal advice. You should consult qualified professionals as needed. We may liaise with your doctor or legal representative only with your written consent.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
